Checking Email Away From Home
Using another computer
You can access your email from any Internet connection while you are away from home with two methods. Our most popular method is using our Webmail service available on our website. If you have an Internet connection available, visit USA2net's homepage and log in with your username and password on the top right hand side of your screen.
Using your own computer
Alternatively, you can access your email account with your own laptop/computer with your preferred email client. You will need the following information:
IMAP Server: imap.usa2net.net
Port: 143
SMTP Server: smtp.usa2net.net
Port: 587
SSL (for iPhone/iPad) or STARTTLS / TLS (for Android) is required for SMTP.
Username: yourusername (do NOT include @usa2net.net, just the first part of your email address)
Be sure to check "use same username and password as my incoming mail server" in your email client for your SMTP server. A username and password is required to send emails while not using your USA2net Internet connection. A secure connection (STARTTLS / TLS or SSL) is required.
For instructions on how to set up your email account in your preferred email client, please see our email section here.
